Give and Give

A friend of mine shared something with me the other day about giving. He’s been listening to some wealth building tapes that suggest that you just give some money away. He said rich people understand the principle of giving. When you give it opens up the door to receiving. His suggestion was to take a dollar and leave it on the ground somewhere for someone to find. Cool idea!

My friend who is in the home improvement business made  some big sales after leaving some money on the ground for people to find. He left it on the ground because someone who finds money does not feel obligated to pay it back where as if you give it to a friend most likely they will feel an obligation to pay it back. I’d be interested in seeing people trying this and hearing how they received back for doing it. If anyone tries this let me know what happens.
